We were first time guests to Minot Chrysler in July 2012. We were thrilled to buy the pretty red 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan R/T from the showroom floor. Our salesman was Dan Petersen, a young salesman with a vigor to help potential clients without being pushy, which we were amazed at. We have since referred many acquaintances his way, several of which whom went on to purchase from him and said great things.
As the situation goes, we had an issue with our driver's side sliding door from day two of ownership. I didn't contact the dealership/ Service Dept about it until 30 July when my kids and I dropped by and Dan pulled it into the Service bay to duplicate the problem. They set up an appointment for us to bring it in and have it fixed. Kurt and his team in the Service Department worked diligently towards finding a solution, sadly, their many tries were toppled by this faulty door. Kurt would call us after hours to make sure we were in the loop as to what was going on with the process. After several attempts from the great Service team at Minot Chrysler, Regional and Corporate were called in to aide in a solution.
Concerned that our calls back to the Service Dept would result in annoyance or rolled eyes, was very short lived, as instead were found they were just as frustrated as us, yet more inclined to fix it, each time putting us in a rental to keep us on the up and up. The patience and time they set forth for us regarding our van was welcoming and displayed what a Service team is and should be about. Thank you!
When a Corporate Tech was called in, the Regional Rep was also in-office, and together with Brad (the GM), Dan, and Kurt (Service Manager), the decision was made to get us out of this van we had purchased four months earlier. We couldn't be more satisfied as today is the day after we gave that van back and were met with a Trade-In with Dealer Assist. The dealership was bent on making sure we stayed their customers, doing everything in their proper power to be certain we would be satisfied. The 2012 models are no longer being manufactured, so they got us into an identical red 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan R/T.
Thank you to everyone involved in our ongoing issues and helping to not only meet, but exceed our expectations: Brad, Jerry, Dan, Kurt, Jon, Lauren, and more (especially your awesome receptionists who took soooo many calls from us), for all the courtesy and poise you displayed in dealing with us and keeping us in not only the Dodge family, but your family as well. We're extremely grateful to have been given the chance to work with you, with not just the initial vehicle purchase, but the experience of going the extra (very long indeed) mile to get us into a safe vehicle yesterday with the gorgeous 2013 DGC R/T that we can be happy with for many years to come.

I love love LOVE this car dealer!!! We have bought two vehicles over the past 4 years and I have always had a great experience. Its clean, inviting, has some TV's, comfortable seating and like 2 play rooms for the kiddos, it also has clean bathrooms. You can tell they put a lot of work into their building, teams, and inventory. I love the deals thy give our beloved military members, and the deals they have in general I think we had like 4000 off our first vehicle we bought. All the team members are great and friendly people, including the salesmen/women, and the people who do work on the vehicles. Chris F. was our sales person this time and he was also great, we are very happy with our experience and our new vehicle! I recently totaled my car and was NOT looking forward to the process of buying a new one. The car that I had totaled was an )& Chevy Malibu that I bought used from here in 2008. I LOVED that car and never had any sort of problem with it for the duration of me owning it. Anywho, I needed to get a new vehicle, so I called a few other dealerships only to find that they were either rude or their prices were outrages. I figured since I had a good experience with the Chrystler Center before, why not try em out again! So I called the Chrystler Center and asked to speak with a salesman. The customer service was excellent and I was connected to Chris Fast. I told him that I was looking for a used car that had low miles and wasn't going to cost me my life to buy. I will admit that I know NOTHING about insurance and such, so I'll admit that my mother was helping me with this process. Chris and I looked through what they had online-making sure that it was affordable and would suit my needs. After test driving some vehicles, I ended up choosing a 2011 Dodge Avenger. Chris was very patient through the process (which ended up consisting of a better part of his day) and dealt well with not only myself and my mother, but my two sisters as well. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my new car!!!! I appreciate that fact that the staff were polite-I never felt like me being there was an inconvenience, which is the feeling that I got from the other places. They even spent the time to show me how everything in the car worked and the little extras that I never would have even known about. I would HIGHLY recommend the Chrystler Center to anyone! I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience in dealing with the Chryster Center. Thank you Chris Fast for helping me find my new car!!!!!!
